Tim Bruer - professional pianist for 25 years, Masters in Music Performance.
Primarily a jazz musician, Tim has played many other styles professionally, including blues, R&B, funk, pop, rock, cabaret, african and classical.
Tim has also worked as a composer, arranger, and musical director.
As a result of his diverse musical experience, Tim is able as a performer to provide the right style for any occasion.
Artists performed with include: James Morrison, Don Burrows, Monica Trapaga, Lloyd Swanton, Dale Barlow, Carl Orr, Elana Stone, Jackie Orzarsky, Tina Harrod, Bert Newton, Ignatius Jones and Jackie Love.
CD's featured on include: Max Sharam, Guy LeClaire, Kate Swading, Inside Out.
Current and past employment include: Residencies at Carrington Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, Hillcrest Coachman Restaurant, Rose Bay RSL Club, Peppers Fairmont Resort and Leura Golf Club. Tim has also performed at Soup Plus, Side On Cafe, Excelsior Hotel and the Sound Lounge.
Other credits include: Many television appearances. Finalist in the National Jazz Award at Wangaratta, 1990.
