 Artist Description

Since forming in 1992 The Moods have made regular appearances at jazz/arts festivals, markets and fairs, jazz clubs, cafes, corporate events and private functions, and are popular on Sunday afternoon jazz sessions around Sydney.

A quintet of professional musicians: Joern - sax/clarinet, Nigel - trumpet/accordion, Shane - guitar/vocals, Chris - bass/vocals, Duncan - drums. A repertoire drawing from trad jazz, crooning vocals, swing, jive, latin and R&B. The Moods instrumentation with vocals and repertoire gives them a big band sound in a small ensemble. Ideal for an intimate garden wedding through to a large corporate function.
