Artist Description

mothers of intention are an experienced five piece band playing folk music from the Celtic tradition. Their extensive repertoire includes a vibrant mix of Celtic, folk, originals and folk inspired covers. From Irish standards, soulful ballads sung in three part harmony to fast jigs and slow airs. moi have played at a number of Folk festivals including Majors Creek, Umina and St Alban's festivals. They have also played at many folk clubs in Sydney and rural NSW. The mothers perform at weddings and celebrations, community events, fairs, awards ceremonies, art gallery openings, private and corporate functions.
