Artist Description

Funk Organism has been doing gigs in and around Sydney since 2003.Regular gigs at the Town Hall Hotel (Balmain) and the Marble Bar( Sydney Hilton) have enabled the group to cultivate a very funky, very accesible groove. The band is also very comfortable with the jazz repertoire, from Cole Porter and Gershwin to A.C.Jobim and beyond. The group usually performs as a quartet, but can work in trio format, or be embellished by one of Australias most accomplished jazz singers, Miss Lily Dior.
