Artists, Musicians, Bands, Orchestras, Dancers, Teachers, Street Performers, Variety Acts, Schools, etc. are hereinafter referred to as "client".
BOOKINGS DIRECT OBLIGATIONS
In consideration for the client paying a fee of ninety nine dollars ($99.00), Bookings Direct agrees to:
1. (a) in the case of a new webpage application, create a client webpage using our pre-designed templates, containing information supplied by the client, and maintain client webpage on the World Wide Web for a period of one year from the time said client webpage is uploaded to the Bookings Direct server; or
(b) in the case of a webpage renewal, renew said webpage for a year from said webpage's renewal date;
2. actively promote the www.bookingsdirect.com.au web site;
3. only use the information provided by the client for matters relating to Bookings Direct and its web site, including promotion;
4. donate 10% of all monies received by Bookings Direct (excluding GST) to charity
CONDITIONS
Bookings Direct:
1. reserves the right to change the fees at any time without prior notice;
2. reserves the right to exclude, refuse or reject anyone from joining the www.bookingsdirect.com.au web site;
3. reserves the right to exclude, refuse or reject any Bookings Direct webpage application from any client;
4. reserves the right to exclude, refuse or reject anyone from renewing their webpage on the www.bookingsdirect.com.au web site;
5. reserves the right to charge webpage editing fees, which will be displayed on the Schedule Of Fees webpage;
6. reserves the right to have final say on the presentation of the client web pages;
7. accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever in relation to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond its control, such as system failures, server system failures, electricity failures, acts of god etc.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The client agrees to:
1. supply accurate and current information and image(s) to the best of the client's ability;
The client warrants:
1. to Bookings Direct the use of any information and image(s) provided by the client;
2. that all information and image(s) supplied to Bookings Direct by the client are free, clear and unencumbered under the Laws of Copyright.
