The Bookings Direct story
Bookings Direct came about as a direct result of the problems I and fellow musicians faced in not having direct contact with the client. After having the displeasure of performing at the wrong wedding (due to a mistake on the part of the booking agent), I felt compelled to create a better way of booking bands and entertainers for both clients and artists.

Bookings Direct was launched on January 1, 2000, and has been changing the way bands and entertainers are booked since it's inception. The website encourages and promotes direct communication between the client and the artist to help ensure flawless and successful engagements for clients and artists alike. It also saves the client money in not having to pay costly agents fees or commissions.

Due to popular demand we are happy to announce our expansion into all the capital cities as of June 2008. Thank you to all of those bands, entertainers and clients who have helped to make this service a huge success!
